"The staff was helpful!
Unfortunately upon arrival in the lobby a mouse ran by my husband and I. We felt uneasy about staying! Check in explained it occasionally happens as the hotel is located next to path trains. We decided to continue with our plans and the room was clean so we stayed and all was fine."

"A very good budget option that's close to all public transit and some good food options. I really appreciated how comfortable the beds were, and while the rooms are small, there is a lot of storage space. However, there were some noticeable scuffs on the furniture/the water pressure didn't work very well in the bathroom. Regardless, this is only a small piece of feedback, and ultimately I would stay here again for the price."

"Absolutely would recommend this hotel for staying near midtown/Flatiron district. The staff were awesome, the rooms were beautiful, bed comfortable. The restaurant (hole in the wall) had delicious food, the rooftop bar (wallflower) was a gem! The only negative thing I could say was they forgot to put an ice bucket in the room and didn't have anymore to give us but we were given a bag to put some in and i aint picky so 😆 i will be staying again!"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! "Nicole was very nice and helpful. She promptly emailed me when the room was ready. She also offered to store our luggage without a fee. Breakfast was amazing they had many varieties. Room is very close to 42 port authority bus terminal, easy access to JFK airport from here. Suggestion to have an option for early check-in around 11 am."

"Booked with them back in February. Blizzard happened, airport was shut down so my whole trip ended up getting canceled. They refused to give me a refund and told me to dispute it with my bank as it was an emergency weather shut down. My dispute got denied. Than I was just charged a second time. Would never book with them again. What a joke."
