"Great location for walking and driving. The property itself was lovely. Parking was great with an elevator from the garage to your floor. Front desk was incredible, gave us warm cookies upon check in. Toiletries smelled incredible. I would stay here again! "

"Cliff’s Edge is s beautiful as it looks online. My room had a view of the water—we could hear the waves and watch the puffins and other birds from inside the room and on the balcony. The room was spacious and bright, and decorated nicely. It’s a wonderfully relaxing, comfortable and quiet place to stay. "

"Kids loved the pool and slide. The pool was a little over capacity most evenings and is on the smaller side. There wasn’t a close eye kept there by staff and a hockey tournament with some teenage boys left me a little weary of my littles in the pool. I don’t blame this too much on the staff but a closer eye would have been nice. "

"My daughter and I took a 4 day trip from Ottawa to St John's in mid-July. Very impressed with the hotel. All staff was attentive and courteous. Room was very clean, comfy mattresses and pillows, everything looked brand new. Lovely room decor. Our room faced the harbour exit, amazing view. Everything in the room is operated from a panel where you insert your key card - lights, fan and AC, blinds. High-tech. Made me feel like I was in Japan. :) The Terre restaurant downstairs is totally a 5-star...
