"Great location in Newcastle across the road from the old train station. Parking is available on the property if you let them know in advance & for an additional fee.
Great service from friendly staff. They contacted us after checkout about a phone charger that was left in the apartment & express posted it back to us.
Recommend this property & would definitely stay again next time we are in Newcastle."

"The staff were warm, friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and well presented. The hotel has a great sense of style, with thoughtful interior design and small details that make the stay feel more polished. I especially liked the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the lobby and corridors, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and quality. A comfortable and well-maintained hotel that I would happily recommend."

"We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and definitely loved it being so close to Cole’s and Woolworths. Personal desire’s comfier beds, but definitely value for money."
