"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. "This was a densely packed residential style listing where it appeared there were a number of long-stay clientele. Room smelled strongly of bleach for first day, then damp/mould the following. Bath/spa jets released undesired hairs from previous guests, beds also had some long dark hairs. Room walls are tiled, making for a strange setting. Overall, it was spacious enough, but there were a lot of undesirable sides to this property and the listing should not suggest "executive" anything."
