"Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"We had a very nice stay for my birthday. The AC worked very well. The balcony overlooking the bay was nice. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only complaints I have is that the vent in the bedroom was blowing directly on the bed and it was too much. And, the bathroom floor was getting very wet from the shower. Maybe a vynl shower curtain instead of the cloth one."

"Hotel with ni parking! No staff to help with luggage and with the snow everything was dirty. "

"Perfect location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Definitely will be our go to when attending events at the Barclays. Only issue I had was parking. Parking was close to the hotel but the fee is expensive! Perhaps the Hotel can partner with the parking facility and offer guess a discounted rate. Other than that, no issue. "

"Upon checking in, we were assigned to a room that was already reserved for another guest (if the key was working properly, we would have walked into a room with someone already inside). Once this matter was corrected by the front desk, we were directed to our room. During our stay, the water in the bathroom sink appeared milky/cloudy until we turned the faucet in a particular direction. This did not make us feel comfortable with brushing our teeth as we were not sure if the water was safe to...

"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, years ago. Since then i guess they’re under new management. Still a clean hotel and the location is the best. But the rooms aren’t as cozy as they used to be. The hotel restaurant is different…and mediocre at best. The coffee shop in the lobby is no longer Starbucks. It’s decent, but coffee is kind of weak. You can’t charge anything to the room anymore, which just seems dumb considering they’re right on the property. The worst thing was that it was...
