"This property is definitely worth it! The building is secured and it feels very safe. The property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was very comfortable and so much larger than expected. The breakfast was fantastic. The gym is pretty well stocked for being a hotel gym, equipment was maintained and good selection of free weights. Joseph who works at the front desk is wonderful!! Joseph is super helpful and has just a really great representative for the property. It is a definite recommendation."

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything about the stay made it feel like a true getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Their customer service really stood out and made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed to relax and enjoy my time there. The overall ambiance of the hotel was amazing, and the attention to detail definitely did not go unnoticed. Whether you're traveling for business, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a relaxing stay, I would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza Royal Astor. "EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! I asked if I could be on a high floor, and they ensured that my request was granted! They even went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a Riverview! And the view was phenomenal! Every single staff member was friendly, there was not a time we left or entered the hotel when there was not someone to open the door for us and even press the elevator button! We were even helped with our baggage upon arrival and exit! It is highly likely that this will be my number one choice when I travel to New Orleans!"
