Fantastic location right betwen bourbon and royal streets. 3 minute walk to Pat o Brians and to jackson square. Hotel hallways carpet needs replaced. Had a single bed room very small but had everything I needed. Liked the lighted magnifying make up mirror. Entire hotel is tired looking but is ok and again the location was stellar.

We absolutely love staying at the Bourbon Orleans this was our third stay and we choose the king poolside room. The walls are pretty thin so you do hear noise but nothing like if you are in a bourbon street facing room. Loved being able to open our door and just walk out to the pool. Our friends stayed in the room right next door so we were able to hang out poolside in the evenings. However at 10pm sharp they shut down our little get together and said we cannot be out at the pool after 10 which was disappointing for sure. They are getting ready to do renovations so the normal coffee and Bloody Mary bar was closed this time which was a bummer and it sounds like they will be completely renovating the whole hotel including rooms, courtyard, lobby etc. soon. We loved to see our doorman David every morning he is super helpful in getting us shuttles and recommendations and remembered us from last years visit. Hope that they don’t change the hotel too much with renovations because the lobby and courtyard are part of the amazing charm of this hotel!

Great balcony and a huge double queen room for NOLA standards. The valet was a disgrace and not even staffed. Had to wait 30 minutes just to get my car. Hotel was spotless, lobby and pool were magnificent. Customer Servoce is just very poor.

Around 3 AM, the air conditioning stopped working, one of the shower heads is not functional, the air conditioning was noisy at night despite not working, and the hotel is not clean, particularly the remote control which has a lot of grease on the back.

Very good hotel in the French Quarter just off Jackson Square. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Ubers and Taxis were easy to get to go to/from JazzFest and the Filmore. Exercise facilities and on-site restaurant were good and staff helpfulness was excellent. Recommended.

The location is fantastic. In the heart of the French quarter. The room was somewhat worn-closet door came off track, missing a lounge chair, dresser draw opened and needed to have paper jammed in it to stay closed. The room would benefit from some light renovation.

Beautiful hotel located at the end of bourbon street in the quiet side of the French Quarter! The property is extremely clean, well maintained pool, walking distance to everything. The bathroom shower had a couple minor issues which were resolved quickly by staff. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It’s not 5 star for me falls between 3-4 star, my room was in corner but I liked it was quite and I got complimentary water bottles each day. Location was prime within walking distance to French quarter

Ideal location if you want to be in the heart of the liveliness of the French Quarter and Bourbon St. Location is noisy. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.

I’ve stayed here at least 10 times, mostly during Mardi Gras, if you want quiet, I would suggest an interior room.

Very nice hotel. Didnt have as many outlets as we would have liked. The tv was far away from the bed. Everything else was very nice and relaxing. It was dead center of all the activites. Perfect place to stay when in New Orleans

Very beautiful place, but our room needed some love. Bathroom door didn't latch. Showerhead adjustment was broken. A plank in the floor was sticking up. Slats in the window shades were broken. There was some type of flashing light across the street that came directly into our room with no way to black it out at night. The night noise was horrible. Music so loud (outside or downstairs) that the base vibrated the bed a couple of timesl Went on until midnight or 1 am. Can't believe the hotel would expect anyone to sleep through that. Restaurant was closed for private party while we were there so no food onsite. No coffee available in the morning onsite except for the stuff in the rooms. The one good thing was the location, it was great.

We booked this room for several reasons such as the pool and breakfast availability and for what they charge I expect to get that. We were unable to have breakfast there any of the days, the pool was muddy grey so that was a no, they only offer valet parking, the tiniest rooms, check in was a nightmare the staff moved and spoke to us like a deer in headlights.

A very comfortable and spacious room on quiet side of hotel, which is a beautiful historic building in centre of French quarter. Excellent breakfast with attentive server. We loved the location for French Quarter Fest, right in the center. The gym was small but adequate (needed the ablility to sanitize equipment between uses). The courtyard and pool were lovely, highly recommend the balcony room overlooking this area. The noise, maybe from HVAC systems (?), made it impossible to sit and enjoy the spot for long. Staff was very friendly, made us feel welcome.

The pool was very disappointing. It was not clear. Miguel’ murky at best. The door on the refrigerator are was stuck and time some prying and pinched my fingers. Tile floor in bathroom shower was slick with no mat provided
