"We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience."

"The motel was clean and quiet. It smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke though. The staff were helpful. The coffee was weak with non dairy creamer. It is convenient to downtown. Overall a decent motel for a reasonable rate."

"The motel is ok, probably fine for a summer place to be near the beach. It was fairly cold when we checked in and apparently the rooms we were put in have no heat. So we had to ask the front desk for space heaters, which they happily brought and did keep the place very warm.
It's no frills, but the bed was comfortable enough and it was close to Wally's where we were going, so it did the job for us just fine."

"this was a wonderful experience. staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and comfortable breakfast was more than expected. see parking behind parking. great location to walk to restaurants , jimmy jazz club etc will definitely go back!"
"Great, spacious room, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooftop bar was great. Beds were not very comfortable, but everything else was so good that I can't bring myself to remove a star for that. :)"
"We stayed in the older side which would be fine if it was maintained the same. We only had luke warm water all weekend, when speaking with the front desk agent, he said he would speak with maintenance, but it sounded like they were going to have to replace the mixing valve he said. I mentioned it could be the recirculating zone valve in which he said was replaced last week. But a fully weekend of luke warm is unacceptable. The door wouldn’t stay shut or self close we would have to push it shut and the lock we drilled out and missing a screw just to kind of secure the door. The heat lamp outlet was missing the screws and the panel was shifted sideways. The room was “clean” but not well and musty with mold all through the bathroom around the wallpaper. The front desk agent was great but that’s about it. The pool has metal grates that are broke and can cut people with a hole to the outside and ply wood and plastic setup. The heater to the pool was broken. Not a very maintained hotel at all."

"Not a bad hotel but not the best choice for us. We'd have enjoyed being in another part of the city to enjoy the city flavor more. We definitely wouldn't have reserved a suite if we had known it would mean carrying bags up a flight of narrow stairs. Pretty good breakfast."
