"I have stayed at the property the last 2 years. I like that it has a separate bedroom area and kitchen. The balcony is large but the property is actually across the street from the beach. The pool area is quiet with an amazing view of the beach and the airplanes flying into SXM. The staff is only at the front desk a limited amount of hours. They have laundry facilities in the basement which is great but check out time at 10am is too early "

"The beach is amazing!!! Soft sand and calm water. The airport is right there, so if you dont want to see the airplanes this might not be for you. The ac is ice cold, i had to get a spare balnket out of the closet. I would absolutely recommend and go back!"

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I update them on activities I had planned and they told me the route or where they would rather recommend. They didn’t treat me as guests but rather as friends. People I knew from long time and we were reuniting. On my birthday I forgot her name but this amazing lady in charge of my room floor made me a drink , took pictures of me. Came to find out she was also a Leo. I really recommend this place.
