"We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked if there was a second elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The TV remote was a bit difficult to figure out. Highly recommend stay."

"Depending on the time of day the staff was very helpful! When we checked in the lady was not super helpful. We have stayed many times and always been able to use the wristband for the waterpark as a key to our room also. When I asked at check in she said it wasn't possible (even with the sign right there next to her saying it was!) I was able to go down after shift change and the next lady was extremelly helpful and got it taken care of for us. When we walked in our room the tile was sticky and not clean. Makes one wonder how clean they got the rest of the room! This is a place we love to stay as we have dogs and it is pet friendly. We usually have great experiences while we are there! We will be staying again! I hope they work on making sure their rooms are cleaned well and work on the staff doing what they are supposed to!"

"The room was clean and nice, but the mattress was so soft that I think it may have been old. I had a hard time sleeping. Breakfast adequate/average but the woman attending to coffee and breakfast items was very focused on keeping the warming trays full and customers happy. It would also be so nice for the staff at the front desk to be knowledgeable about all of the restaurants within a 20-minute drive still open in mid- to late-October and make recommendations. The one restaurant that was recommended to us was a four-minute walk down the road and not very good."
