"The place is very nice, stylish, new. Is around 4-5 min walk from the metro station. The owner is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I was there in the coldest period of the year, so I found a bit cold inside as well. The heating is with aircon. Overall good and recommend. "

For Brits, don't expect your usual breakfast but and pastry and drink (coffee, tea). Apartment it seems is common in the area rather than hotel.
