"Stayed in a pod with hot tub, great use of space and logs provided for the burner.
Outside area could benefit from some small touches like solar fairy lights, dry seating cushions and maybe robes.
Fabulous sleep, so tranquil, great breakfast, good selection and tasty , hot food.
Swimming pool was out of use, no partial refund was offered.
Overall a very pleasant stay."

"What a pleasant place this was. We had food in the Dolly bar and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could want
If I was being picky it would of been lovely to of seen outside lights from the bar so you could see the river in the dark"

"Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom
The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available
Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved.
Spa - the areas which were available were very good and clean but again doors were lacking in cleanliness and if you look closer corners are...

"素晴らしいチェックイン、アウトのシステムです。コンタクトレスが進んでいる国ならではのシステムだと思う。朝食も5、6種類から選べて楽しい。駅から近いですが、坂道なんで大きな荷物があるときは、駅からボウネス行きに乗り、ウインダミアライブラリのバス停で降りるのがいいと思います。"
