"The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Located in a very convenient location - walk to La Spezia station is less than 5 minutes. Our towel warmer wasn't working for us but other than that, no complaints. Would stay here again for sure."

I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. "The picture of “King” property is misleading as it depicts a grandiose view of several buildings on the park however, the entrance to this property was around the corner on a dismal street. The elevator was a total joke—-it didn’t stop on the 2nd or 3rd floor—-we had to schlep our luggage up one flight or down two!
