The A/C in the room we wanted is broken so we were put in a different kind of room. It wasn't the end of the world, but we were disappointed to not have the jacuzzi tub. We then found that the tub we had didn't have a stopper at all and couldn't be used as a bath. The shower was hot and the room was clean. The staff is friendly.

Stayed here for two nights since bonnaroo got cancelled. Easy check in, staff were nice, rooms were clean. Pool was open & clean! Perfect for a quick stay.

Didn’t get the original room i booked for. I was told once i got there the room had a leak. That was very disappointing. And the elevator was broken. But the replacement room was decent. It was very spacious and clean. Would book again.

Just OK!

Pool was closed-even though temperatures were in the 90s. Breakfast was fair. ( eggs and two cereal choices) Parking was great! Location was perfect! Ceiling ( as you walked in) had water damage. Shower had a few little black mold spots on a trim piece.

Very nice staff up front. Room was standard and clean. Maybe could use a little more options for breakfast but otherwise there’s Cracker Barrel next door or Waffle House across the street. It’s close to airport and was near my clinical site for Herzing University so good access personally.

Beautiful place

We had only intended on staying one night but ended up with 3…this place is amazing ..lady at the front is awesome ,..breakfast is great ..room is good and spacious ..comfy bed …all staff are so friendly…esp the maintenance man …if you see him tell him the newfies said hi …he works so hard for 10-12 hours a day …the maids work at one speed and it’s fast ..walking to Cracker Barrel and some other restaurants…will def stay here again …I was sad to leave

The property was very clean on the outside and the room was Okay. The furniture was pretty worn out, but functional and the carpets really needed to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot so there were plus’s.

This was a stop on the way to final destination. Parking lot was all coned off (couldn’t get to drive up to hotel lobby) due to parking surfaces had been sealed that day, making hard for me as a handicapped person to check in. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Hand rail in shower was not connected to wall. No iron in the room but there was an ironing board. The room was ok for a quick night’s sleep but wouldn’t be for a longer stay.

I stayed in room 214. Best bed ive ever had at a hotel. I even stayed 3 extra nights. However...it wasnt the cleanest room. I wash down the door to the bathroom and the door frame. After that i felt a bit better..the staff took good care of the daily cleaning and restocking towels. Over all it was a place to stop and sleep.

Check out was at 11 AM, room service was there at 8:30 AM telling me she wanted to clean the room. NO hot water or water pressure. There was a bug on my bed, not the first thing you want to see . Front desk employee was good. Would NOT stay again.

Close to airport quick with an Uber. Drug paraphernalia in room. Stained bed sheets, used towels and washcloths in the bathroom still. We got a smoking room and there was no ashtray but it didn't stink like cigarettes. Good things and bad things. We survived

The sofa in the room was just dirty and stained up. Plus, it was sagging in the middle. The bed was hard. I could not get the voice on one channel on the TV to come on. The carpet needed shampooing. I have stayed at similar facilities with the same type of furniture for less money, but the room was clean. Parking was very limited. Overall, the maid had cleaned what she could and fresh towels and toilitery were placed for the second day. I did not think it was worth a $100.00 a night.

Well its continental breakfast not really my thing but cracker barrell is across the street and other ameneties are close by the room was fine as the ac worked fine staff kept room clean for the week we were there id stay there again
