"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did. "althoght there is no elevator, the manager carried my luggage to the floor of our room. This is a budget hotel, but perfectly fine for an overnight after returning from canal du midi. There is also a sister hotel next door with a bR and good restaurant where we were able to enjoy dinner in a pretty setting"
