A very comfortable place to break a long journey. Very near the motorway and only a few minutes drive into Narbonne where there are many restaurants.

With a little plus !

Great service considering the choice of meal for dinner (even with a home made Sangria) and the buffet breakfast offering even « un produit du terroir québécois » (sirop d’érable/maple syrup — wow). That’s a plus in France !

The staff was welcoming and friendsly but the rooms we were placed in were beyond disgusting. One smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and the other of raw sewage. When I returned to share this, the front desk offered us two different rooms. They were satisfactory (clean bathroom and linens) but they both still carried a very off-putting, dirty, not fresh at all scent. I would not stay again or recommend this location.

Nice staff, room quite a disapointment.

Nice lobby and helpfull staff at check-in, more slow at check-out. Should be more fast as you often want to get moving ASAP. Room was clearly a disapointment.

Nice hotel

The main reception was excellent with great friendly staff But the room although equipped well smelled damp. Shame as it’s a nice hotel. We came back late after a concert and didn’t want to make a fuss about the smell. I’m sure they would have changed our room if we had have done.

L'hôtel était globalement propre, et agréable. Il semblait néanmoins un peu vieillissant par endroit. Nous y avons bien dormi et l'accueil était charmant. Et surtout à 15 minutes à pied des Grands Buffets et 10 en voiture du centre historique. Nous recommandons.
