"Capsule is a capsule, not a room. It's ok for what it is. Mattress was a little thin. Can't keep any items in it since it has no door, so keep your stuff in a small locker. Shared bathroom has hot tubs so that's great. Shared lounge / common room was big and fairly comfortable. Most annoying thing was they close the hotel from 10am to 2pm and you can't be there at that time. This should be disclosed in the listing but it wasn't (it is disclosed at the front desk)"

"It was comfortable, clean and convenient… unfortunately not that quiet, it seems people started getting up at 4 am and even if they didn’t talk they stomped and bang things around… otherwise it was a good experience… maybe they should request guests to walk softly and don’t make unnecessary noise especially if before 7 am!"

"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"Everything was great. The only thing is that elevator takes some time and it’s annoying that you have to clear your bed everyday from 10am-12pm as they clean. I was there 3 nights and would rather have left my stuff in my capsule and had the same sheets. "

"This is an excellent property for younger people. Not so much for an older one like me (65). The issue being the design of the sleeping pod. There is a curved portion to house a container of some kind. As a result, I always hit my head against it every time I go in or out. The premises are excellent. Clean and have amazing facility for the price. So close to the station. "

"My first time staying at a capsule/cube hotel. Was much more comfortable than I expected! Very quiet and had everything you'd need. Except, if you're a foreigner, don't expect any non-Japanese channels on the TV so bring your own tablet or cellphone for entertainment. The common room was where you could talk, eat or drink. Was pretty chill. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!"

So you leave your luggage at front desk and put some items in locker. The rest you have to take with you. Shower and bathroom is shared. Just some things to know if you stay here."
