"Overall, our stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole was excellent and very convenient for our family. One of the biggest highlights was the location, close by Tokyo Solamachi made shopping and dining incredibly easy, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. Having a Life grocery store, a train station, and a 7-Eleven all within a short walk (or even in the same complex) made day-to-day needs effortless, especially when traveling with family. We stayed in two different room types during our visit. The room with four beds was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and very well-suited for families. It allowed everyone to relax without feeling cramped, which made a big difference in our overall experience. The second room we stayed in was still comfortable, but felt a bit more dated in comparison. A more modern design or updated furnishings would have made the experience even better. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a complimentary guest lounge or common area. It would be nice to have a comfortable space to relax outside of the room without needing to pay extra. The hotel’s laundry facilities were also a helpful amenity, especially for a longer stay. However, the washer and dryer cycles took quite a long time, which required some planning and patience. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The combination of location, family-friendly room options, and convenient amenities makes this hotel a great choice, especially for traveler"

"Location was very close to train station where you can connect to the whole city...very handy to have few convenient stores are just across the hotel too. Rooms are very small but its pretty common in tokyo due to high density."
