Nice hotel
In general I feel good on this hotel for its service and condition. Make sure you get the two interconnected rooms, the only downside is not very spacious but manageable for a family of four.

The young male staff at reception was pretty awful. He was emotional and had a terrible attitude. While I was there, he was annoyed about the Asian guests, and when I spoke to him, he behaved badly. The other young female staff I met during my stay were wonderful. Since the dryer is small, it takes several hours to dry clothes.

Clean hotel with good service. They have a lot of good food nearby. Walkable to Nagoya station that can bring you to any part of. Japan with bullet train. Mister donut store is just next to the hotel. Love it and will continue to book this hotel around Japan.

room is hyper small and squeezy. Can hardly lay out luggage. Staff could hardly communicate in English. Otherwise it's near to train stations, and some eateries though need to find for options.

The location is pretty near perfect. It's very near the main bus and train lines and so it was very easy to get around Nagoya. The rooms are a little small but the beds were nice and comfortable and my family had a really good nights sleep throughout the stay there. The best thing about the hotel was that it had a channel on the tv in each room which gives you a live update about the 3 washers/dryers they had so that you can plan when to go down and do laundry!

best part of this hotel is the location, just 2mins walk to the train station and malls. worst is probably the shower, sudden bursts of too hot and too cold water, i got a rude shock during my first shower at the hotel. and, the staff should improve on their english?

Perfect Family Getaway: A Fantastic Stay at Sotets
Our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya Sakuradoriguchi was simply amazing! The connecting rooms were perfect for our family setup. The hotel's service was impeccable, and the rooms were not only clean but also cozy, contributing to a truly memorable trip. Its convenient location near key attractions, a shopping mall, and Nagoya Station added to its appeal. A must-mention is the affordable and mouthwatering Yakiniku restaurant, Yakiya, conveniently located just across the street in Comtech Tower B1F. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Nagoya. Big thanks to Sotetsu Fresa Inn for providing us with such a fantastic experience!

Overall enjoyable stay. There is complimentary amenities available at the reception area. 2 convenient store nearby hotel which u can pick up breakfast. Microwave and Vending machine (for beer and drink)is available at level 2. A short walk from the train station to hotel and quite a lot of food options around the area.
