"There was nothing I didn't like. Location was perfect - five minute walk to train station, two minute walk to supermarket, five minute cycle to river and museum. The hotel provided the bicycle for free! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has laundry facilities for guest use and a microwave on each floor. I got the extra pillow I asked for, no problem. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and restaurant staff were charming."
