"Really fun room for the kids. We had 3 kids and the staff made sure there were 3 Lego sets in the treasure hunt activity (we previously stayed at other Legoland hotels that only provided 2 gifts as standard) - this was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Great theming. Breakfast was very decent. Convenient for the park. We were given priority access to park even though we hadnโ€™t checked in yet, just by showing hotel baggage storage tag. We should have checked in earlier though as they gave us park game coupons which we werenโ€™t able to use as we were only staying one night and only received after checking in (after our park visit). They also gifted us a popcorn bucket which was a surprise for Halloween."

"It was a pleasant stay - and the staff were all very helpful. There were some around that can speak English. It was very rainy when we were there, so spent a lot more time than expected in the hotel. The onsen was great. We booked with half board so the meals were also great and so nicely presented. When we arrived at the train station - I called the hotel and they sent someone to pick us up for free. And they also had the shuttle for us when we departed . That made it very convenient. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were really nice."

"We stayed for two weeks and everything was wonderful! The hotel was close to the train station (a 5 minute walk) so was very convenient. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Tsu!"

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and itโ€™s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally youโ€™d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. Itโ€™s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if thatโ€™s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as youโ€™re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."
