Good service. We arrived early and were offered fruits, biscuits and coffee in a lounge while waiting for the room which we got early. Good breakfast variety and service minded personal. Airport transport in a ‘London taxi’ - what not to like :-)

We stayed here only for 1 night. Location wise it is just a 2 min drive away from the airport. Hotel is new and clean. We like this hotel because it offers halal international breakfast. Will definitely come back here in my next visit to Hatyai.

Nicest hotel stay i had my entire trip. Rooms , staff, and amenities were lovely. Wish i had enough time to trat out the pool but got in too late. Also the breakfast buffet is great.

We checked into this hotel because we arrived at the airport ahead of schedule. We actually only stay here for 3hours just to just the pool, gym and shower. It was cheaper than trying to change to an earlier flight. Staff very pleasant. Property clean.

The staff were very friendly.. lovely receptionists. Gave us a late checkout. Room very big with great little touches. We are in hotel restaurant and got 10 percent off for being guests. Quality and portion sizes were great.. slept well,the most comfortable bed ever. Went swimming,pool very refreshing but not good for people with mobility issues. Breakfast was wonderful and again staff were so helpful. This hotel really surprised me as I thought it would be just an airport stop over but it was very relaxing. To top it off in the morning a free shuttle to the airport. Fantastic.

Just a place to sleep

It is just a place you sleep, because it is inexpensive. Breakfast uninteresting. Check in not especially friendly. Not totally clean. We had to change room as safe did not work. But was not upgraded, which would be normal in this case. There was one friendly and service minded staff and this was the porter. I would prefer a hotel in Hat Yai town next time

Hidden Gem.

We opted to stay at the Signature Hotel because it was close to family living in the area. It's a hidden gem! Very clean, great friendly staff, good restaurant and pool. ~20 mins from downtown Hat Yai and real close to the airport. Our only critique is that it lacks a bar, you can drink in the restaurant but it's not set up for that unless you are eating.

Hôtel parfait, Nous avons demander à la réception deux transferts : 1 aller retour à Songkla et un aller au pier pour les îles d' un parc naturel, tout s' est très bien passé et à prix justes (les mêmes que si je réservais sur internet). Personnel serviable, toujours le sourire et qui parle bien anglais. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel !

Nytt hotell 5 min fra flyplassen, de holder på å bygge ut hotellet ytterligere. Perfekt for en overnatting til/fra Koh Lipe eller andre øyer med ferje. Nydelige rom. flott service, utmerket frokost, fint svømmebasseng. Kan anbefales.
