We had two main issues with our stay. The first was parking. The website states on-site parking which is definitely not the case. "Hotel inside was awesome the neighborhood it's in wasnt great but what you should expect staying in south bronx. Parking is not great unless you find the few parking spots they have in the back of the hotel. I was with my mom which she has a handicap ♿️ and there was one spot left. Besides that staff were helpful and nice ! Would come back if I visit NYC"

"I loved that this property was clean, the staff was helpful, easy to get to, and perfect size for a short stay. Its walking distance to a lot of places. I will say the area is very busy so be prepared for that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return!"

"The rooms very clean housekeeping was great. The breakfast was okay they need ti add small bagels n cream cheese. One day AC acted up after that no problems. I loved that is was so quiet do to the area i was a little worried. I would highly recommend."

"Good location with subway close to getting in and out of the city. Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would."

"Overall a horrible experience. The room did not match the photos on the site. The room was extremely dirty. Blood spills and spots everywhere. The room was extremely cold and I tried to turn on some heat but the air conditioner was not working. I do not recommend taking here."
