"At check in a young fellow was very polite and helpful. Room was clean as you walk in but the rug and the sofa in the suite was stinking bad. The smell was very unbearable. At check out there was a young lady not polite with glasses seem to be on a personal call. I told I was checking out she just lift out her arm insinuating to just leave the card there no good morning or anything just w a face on the phone. Disappointing."

"My room was nice bed was very comfortable a few things i couldnt get the water pressure right for shower for awhile also the light switches were confusing but i managed the biggest problem is there is only 1 microwave for the entire hotel! That is insane they could atleast have 1 microwave on each floor if not rooms."
