"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay.
The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, close to everything and extremely quiet. The staff here is above wonderful. Niousha at the front desk went above and beyond. We cant say enough things about her. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. This is our second time here and will definitely be back."

"Terrific space in an amazing location! More kitchen than needed, nice bathroom, big bed and pull out couch.
Note with the central area comes late night noise from all the people out.
10 minute walk to the Duomo and right around the corner from the Sforza castle and right in the middle of beautiful shops and restaurants. Short walk from the malpensa express. "

"Hotel was very clean and the location was excellent. But the staff…OMG! Best ever. They helped us with everything. I mean everything. Superior customer service. "
"Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap!
But everything else was excellent!"
"The hotel is on a fairly large and safe street. The room was very quiet, facing inner yard and with soundproof windows, we booked a hypoallergenic room and it had a wood-like laminate floor that was spotless, comfy beds, and very efficient and quiet air conditioning. I had my best sleep in this trip. The breakfast had a really tasty smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, and of course a large selection of pastries. There are no usb ports for phone charging in the room but a very nice guy at the front desk found a converter to european plug for us. The only small challenge was that rooms have the actual keys rather than key cards. Might be a bit challenging for someone with arthritis but feels like a safer option for everyone else."
"The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom clean, shower is small and the hot water pressure was very low. The staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a fantastic location with all the major attractions within easy walking distance. "
