"My stay was excellent at Palacio. The service there was outstanding. Having a butler help with reservations and bookings was extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here. It’s very walkable to common sights nearby. The cemetery was just a few blocks away. Breakfast was great, and the room size and amenities were top notch. I didn’t realize it at the time early on but a 10% tip is customary. Don’t second guess booking this former palace (yes, it was formerly someone’s home). Tons of history...

"This hotel is directly across from the cruise terminal, thus very convenient for travellers! Staff stored our suitcases until check in time at 15:00 hrs. Friendly multilingual staff, huge room with comfortable beds, a couch, a table and chairs, a desk, large balcony with chairs, kitchen is complete, and it was quiet. Everything was spotless, and had a great sleep. Huge indoor and huge outdoor swimming pools, nice sitting areas, great breakfast with 3 menu options to choose from, large fitness...

"The hotel is extremely well located - a few minutes walk from Recoleta Cemetery and a small park. Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a 15 min walk. Room was extremely spacious. Ours had a bath tub in the centre of the raised bathroom area. Unfortunately never got a chance to try it. Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. I am gluten and lactose free and there was always something for me on the breakfast menu. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buenos...
