Clean & cosy rooms

Nice, clean room in a good location and with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The only downside is the poor noise isolation, I could hear neighbors next door as if there was no wall in between.

Muy accesible y céntrica, el personal muy amable. La recomiendo para una estancia corta, ya que no cuenta con muchas condiciones de accesibilidad quizá para adultos mayores. Pero para trasladarte y recorrer el centro es una excelente opción

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, mas precisa de reformas (fotos no site melhores do que ao vivo). Pintura desgastada, pontos de infiltração e escurecimento das paredes. A qualidade do sono é boa, apesar de uma obra ao lado batendo de manhã cedo. Chuveiro ok. Café da manhã ok. Elevador quebrou e tive que subir alguns dias os 6 andares de escada, inclusive na chegada com as malas. A recepção não tinha os quartos quando chegamos e enrolou para oferecer a melhor opção de cara, oferecendo piores opções alternativas antes.

Todo el personal con quien tuve la oportunidad de interactuar fue profesional y atento. La habitación carece de un banco o silla donde colocar la valija, la única opción es sobre la cama, de manera que ensucia las sábanas limpias, luego que la valija recorrió los sucios pisos de aeropuertos y cintas transportadoras. En el baño están siguiendo una tendencia muy generalizada de cubrir con mampara solo la mitad de la bañera lo cual hace que se salpique todo el baño, ensucie y sea muy peligroso al quedar el piso mojado. La ubicación y el precio están muy buenos.

Bem localizado

Atendimento muito bom da recepção, roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas, o café da manhã é do lado do hotel em um café piano (Não é buffet, temos 5 opções para escolher uma delas), como o hotel foi base, já que também fui para Bariloche é Mendoza, alguns quartos tem o banheiro bem pequeno, sem muito espaço na pia. No geral vale bastante o custo benefício. Localização excelente.

A localização é maravilhosa. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Com relação à estrutura, o único inconveniente é o banheiro, parcialmente sem box, o que faz com que a água se espalhe pelo chão. O café da manhã é muito restrito. É servido em um bar ao lado hotel, o que não seria problema, mas as opções são limitadas, e em pouca quantidade. Em se tratando de uma refeição importante, especialmente para quem vai passar o dia turistando, isso causou insatisfação. Os funcionários da recepção foram excelentes! Com destaque para Marisol, Paloma, e Sebastian, que carregou nossas malas (desde o sétimo andar) até a recepção para o checkout, já que o elevador deixou de funcionar um dia antes. E eram 7 malas! Griselda, impecável na organização e limpeza dos quartos, além de extremamente simpática. E Nicole, que conhecemos por acaso e escutou nossos elogios e as queixas.

Foi surpreendentemente bom, pelo custo benefício, atendimento espetacular. Precisamos ficar num grupo de 13 pessoas em quartos separados e ainda ficamos em períodos alternados. Foram super solícitos e não cobraram para armazenar nossas bagagens. O único porém é que pelo valor que se paga não incluía café da manhã self service e nem um quarto com frigobar ou secador. Tem que solicitar na recepção o secador. Mas as camas eram confortáveis, tinha serviço de quarto e também o banho era muito bom. Se está a procura de um bom hotel com boa localização no centro. Com certeza indicaria esse.

Funcionários do hotel extremamente gentis e atenciosos. O local é aconchegante e acolhedor. Café da manhã simples, mas muito bom. Os funcionários que servem o café sao atenciosos, porem um pouco atrapalhados, muitas vezes a bebida (café, leite...) vem antes para a mesa e algum tempo depois vem o pão, ovos... o problema é que o café fica esfriando enquanto aguardamos a comidas.
