"Staff was fantastic, super welcoming and friendly, hotel lobby and room were spotless, house keeping even folded my clothes. Breakfast was fantastic full service with great pastries and well done up fruit plates. Nearly everything about our stay was perfect. "My husband and I had the most lovely stay!! Giacomo was an incredible host! So kind and so very helpful! He warmly greeted us at check in and toured us around the space. He provided us with recommendations for food, transportation, and excursions. The space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Drinks, snacks, and water were provided in the room, an extra bonus! We loved meeting him and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in his space and in Sorrento! We cannot wait to return! "

"Salvatore was wonderful. He was kind and met us on the lane as we were walking toward the hotel and took my luggage from me. He recommended three wonderful restaurants. The only issue we did not understand was the breakfast. It was never offered to us and we never saw anyone using the breakfast room. We aren't clear about whether we should have ordered a breakfast or if it was included. Other than that, we would stay there again."
