"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

The room was nice and comfortable, but the staff was quite indifferent, polite, although somewhat inflexible and not very willing to help when we asked for something out of the ordinary and we never felt particularly welcomed or cared for. "Greatness! I feel bad because I forgot his name but he waited right outside for us to arrive. He told us where we could park. Then he came in to give us the run down and show us the place but he also shared places to see and eat in the city. Breakfast was prepackaged and stocked up so we got to eat some for a late night snack. The towels where the softest ever. There were even a lot of books as well as chess and checkers out for the family to read and play. Amazing stay in an amazing town with an amazing host."

"This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"
