"This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."

"The view from my room was gorgeous, the breakfast was amazing, and all staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel art is truly beautiful—not your typical hotel decor. I felt like I was in an Italian art studio. I wish I could have peeked in other rooms to see if each one was unique. “Charming” doesn’t do it justice."

Note Expedia advertised the rate as including breakfast, but it was not included. However, that should be no problem because you're in Italy! "What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"
