"This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."

"I will say that the room and the facility was clean. However, it is enormously dated with poor furnishing's , uncomfortable beds, AC that does not work properly. Was not provided the room I had booked , had a hard time communicating with the hotel. They do provide a free breakfast which we did not eat I went for coffee and was made very uncomfortable because I asked for an Americano, but not with instant coffee. "Val at the front desk was exceptional. Everything from recommending great restaurants to ensuring transportation out of there was quick and painless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Big rooms, great staff, and great breakfast. Well worth the stay. "

"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"
