"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned. "Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"Nulla da ridire sull hotel dove sono stati gentilissimi. Expedia, invece, è stata pessima perchè mi ha fatto prenotare in questo albergo che da mesi si era cancellato da expedia. Siamo arrivati li di fatto senza prenotazione. I gestori dell'albergo prontamente e gentilmente ci hanno trovato una sistemazione presso un altro albergo in quanto il loro er a pieno, quindi sono stati bravi e gentilissimi. Expedia dovrebbe rivedere un attimino il loro portale e fare attenzione a queste cose."
