"The place was perfect. Location was great. One thing to mention is upon arrival, if you arrive before there is no one there. However, we contacted them via WhatsApp & they sent someone with 30mins. Have us time to grab lunch across the street which was great! Definitely would recommend"

"Greatness! I feel bad because I forgot his name but he waited right outside for us to arrive. He told us where we could park. Then he came in to give us the run down and show us the place but he also shared places to see and eat in the city. Breakfast was prepackaged and stocked up so we got to eat some for a late night snack. The towels where the softest ever. There were even a lot of books as well as chess and checkers out for the family to read and play. Amazing stay in an amazing town with an amazing host."

"This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"

"This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."

"OWner Francesca is a delight, who wants her guests to enjoy the efficiency apartment. Restaurants are a 3 minute walk and 5 minutes to duomo. Anne and mark were lucky enough to witness corpos domini sunday and parade."

"A great place to stay while visiting Orvieto - located right in the town's main square at Piazza del Popolo, close to the Duomo, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the bus that connects to the funicular. Note Expedia advertised the rate as including breakfast, but it was not included. However, that should be no problem because you're in Italy! This location is the perfect place to stay for one night while you explore the town. Some downsides are noise (the building is old so you could hear every sound from the hallway and the next room), no place for soap/toiletries inside the shower, and I could not get the AC/heater to work. Keep your expectations in check (this is a guesthouse with minimal amenities) and you will enjoy your stay. I agree with all the other reviewers who said this place is clean and staff is kind. I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I visit Orvieto again!"
