"Buena ubicación y en general buen servicio. Lamentable que al momento de hacer el check in traten de venderte servicios adicionales en lugar de ofrecerte una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Cuento con la tarjeta de Cliente frecuente de Grupo Accor pero me comentaron que al haber reservado vía EXPEDIA o como la chica en recepción comentó "una agencia de viajes" ,no podía acumular puntos en mi cuenta. Un especial reconocimiento a las chicas de la limpieza que siempre, siempre te ofrecen un "bonjour"...

"This is a very nice hotel with extremely professional and courteous multilingual staff. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity with a large number serving Asian cuisine. The breakfast available on site was excellent with a variety of hot and cold dishes. The hotel is around the corner from the Montparnasse Cemetery , the second largest in Paris containing the graves of a large number of important Parisians. The entrance to the Paris catacombs is also nearby."

Machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre, très apprécié. Près de plein de restaurants, Monoprix, Gare Montparnasse et sa galerie de boutiques à 7 minutes à pied "

"My recent stay was excellent. The room was clean, and the breakfast fulsome and delicious. In terms of the staff, Florence was absolutely lovely and gracious. She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. I will definitely return."

"Don’t come if you have kids or toddlers. The hotel rooms design and materials are dangerous for kids. Lots of rocks and steel corners all around. A genius designer hired by the hotel decided to heat the steel structure holding the bathroom sink so children burn their hands. He also made sure to have little area for the countertop so the area is tiny and pretty much useless for someone wanting to put his items in the bathroom. I don’t want to talk about other stuff. It is enough for today."

"hotel is ok, close to Gare Montparnasse. On arrival, staff at Reception was very helpful. The bed in the room was a double bed but on the small side. Breakfast was not ready at the time of opening, coffee machine was not working, breads were missing and more. The price paid does not much match what you get. Would not stay in this hotel again"
