"Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."

The washing machine was a great perk, and the location was super convenient with mini markets and a train station nearby. "Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. "

"Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common."

"The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."

"Location was very convenient, but be prepared to climb a slight incline for about 2 blocks from the main road. 7-11 also very close by. Starbucks on the way to the train station. Only downside was the musty smell from the overworked air conditioning units. Otherwise the rooms and bathroom was very clean and modern."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
