"The hotel is close to the train station and to the Maliboro street. Friendly staff. Thank you."

"The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back"

"At breakfast not all looked fresh, ie the bread section and some cooked dishes. Room not completely tidy after cleaning. Worth a stay with and rather historical"

"The room shower was not working well and the phone in the bathroom was not staying on the receiver (it was falling tot he group)."

"Très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix pour un standard nord-américain. Service toujours impeccable, sourire et gentillesse hors norme. On m’a offert un déjeuner avec accès au salon inclus pour tout après midi et soirée avant 21h. Le seul bémol est l’ordinateur libre accès qui n’est pas connecté à l’internet malheureusement. "
