"My room felt like it was the cheapest for a reason. The room itself was good—clean and comfortable bed. It was catty corner to the service elevator and another few feet from the 3 regular elevators and that’s all I heard constantly. So I had to sleep with ear plugs. The bathroom was so tiny that the door wouldn’t open all the way (should be a pocket door) and the sink was the size of a literal shoe box so constantly getting the counter wet. Feels like a few minor improvements could make this a nicer room. My stay was fine. The hotel staff was great. Just struggled with the sound from elevators. Good location and still think it’s a good hotel! Thanks!"

"Basic but clean hotel and very helpful staff. AC was great but not quite enough for the room size. Lost power during a tropical storm. Hotel did not have a generator to provide power for essentials such as the lobby. Overall a good stay and great for budget-minded travellers. Just don't expect luxury."
