"This is a lovely hotel very close to central Vienna. I had a short (15-20 min) walk to most of the must see spots in Vienna (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere palace, five different Christmas markets, etc.).
The staff were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from (traditional English buffet, Spanish buffet, Japanese miso breakfast). The room itself was warm, clean, and large.
My one and only complaint: their bistro downstairs is very tasty and popular. If you want to eat there for dinner be sure to arrive at an off hour or later in the evening, closer to 9:30, in order to snag a table for service.
If I ever come back to Vienna I will for sure be staying here. "
"From start to finish, and we stayed 4 nights, it was excellent! It started with an upgrade due to gold status at HH, great service, clean room and fantastic breakfast buffet. Service from all employees we engaged with was TOP!"
"Staff was great, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Rooms were amazing. Very spacious and well designed. A sauna was inside the room which was very unique. Next to a grocery store which was convenient. Closet was dark and could use a light. Overall I highly recommend."
