"The good experience starts at check-in and continues throughout the stay in the hotel. You can't beat the location. The room was very nice. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel next time I go to Vienna. Last but not least, the hotel is very kid-friendly."

"The Guesthouse Vienna was one of the best hotels I have ever had the privilege at which to stay. Here are the reasons: 1) The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful 2) The bed was amazingly comfortable with high quality sheets. 3) The shower had excellent temperature and water pressure. 4) The minibar was stocked with sodas, wine, beer, juices on a daily basis, which was refreshing given the hot weather. 5) this was the only hotel in Europe where they pre-cooled the room before our arrival 6)...

"Beautiful property. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location perfect. My deluxe king room was quite posh, the price was posh as well. They should not charge for bottled water, however. And, they need to supply ice to the rooms. Those are my two complaints. "

"(Quarto casal) O quarto é maior do que eu esperava, bem confortável, piso aquecido no banheiro, tudo muito bem mantido e tem duas garrafas de água com gás e duas de cerveja de cortesia no frigobar. "The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful and kind. The rooms are big. The robes and slippers were a nice surprise and the location is perfect. No public transportation needed from this hotel! Just step out the door to beautiful Vienna. The Opra house is juat across the street and a cute cafe right next door, or dine at their restaurant right on the property.
