"There was a toilet leak - although we were refunded half the cost - walking on wet floor in the cubicle wasn’t ideal The whole place was shabby, painting not done in a long while, rundown and health and safety issue with the chicken wire on the stairs which was broken and in need of urgent attention Tge fridge in our room froze all our goods in the night . No milk provided with the tea and the pillow were rough and ready - for $250 it was a poor show but the reduction because of toilet leak was...
