"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "good stay in bordeaux, hotel was in convenient location, around 10-15 minutes from centre. although the room had simple cooking facilities which we didnot use, the room was a little cramped if you were eating in, and did not just sleep there. "
