"We stayed here to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium and friends in Pebble Beach. The location is great—close to both. The hotel has lots of space and a nice picnic area, and you can walk around outside. It feels a bit old, but it's a good spot if you want a lot of room and a convenient location."

"The Inn was in an excellent location in Pacific Grove. There are many restaurants nearby and Lovers Point is just a couple of blocks away. The yogurt parfait was very good and pastries in the lobby. There is no elevator in this historic inn. Our unit slept 3 and was upstairs in the back. It was difficult for me, being elderly, to climb the stairs with luggage. Thank goodness my daughters were able to help me. I would recommend this inn for people with less mobility challenges. There is a ramp...

"We were quite pleased with our stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and public areas were very clean and had everything we needed. Microwave, frig, coffee pot and the towels and linen were perfect. The breakfast room was clean with seating inside or outside overlooking the pool area. Parking was easy. The hotel was in the best location for us, close to a golf course and not far from the bay or downtown. We will return the next time we are in that...

"What a hidden gem! The Monterey experience without the touristy feel. Great location, walkable to beaches & trails. Stellar breakfast & friendly & efficient staff. Our dog daughter was right at home & felt very welcomed. The only recommendation would be to get the windows repaired/replaced. Only one of our 3 would open, which made it very hot inside the room. One window had a huge crack in the glass & we overheard other guests saying how their windows were broken as well. Otherwise, everything...

"Within walking distance of everything. Elevator didn't work right, kept taking me to the wrong floor, even took me to the 4th floor which is completely under renovation. Ended up using stairs the whole 3 days we were there."
