"Smaller but comfortable room, well decorated, helpful staff and wonderful breakfast brunch! Walkable to so many things and accessible to ferries and metro. Lots of restaurants and museums in the area. Loved the sauna/cool pool space, robes and slippers provided. Downside for us as we had an alley view,: in the early morning hours the pickup of the recycling was loud, any other time pretty quiet. Had AC but you have limited control so at night would get hot with the comforters on the beds....

"Sehr gut gelegen , in Nähe vom Schloss und der Altstadt. T- Central nur 500 m entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstück im 13 Stock mit toller Aussicht. Auf der riesigen Dachterrasse ist immer was los. Ein tolles Hotel das ein bisschen anders ist."

However, this is a very old building, so the rooms are “quaint”, meaning the doors are small and the floor is really crooked. "Schönes Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage! Service war nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau z.B. keine Hilfe beim Gepäck nach Check-in, Zimmerreinigung durchschnittlich/unvollständig, Servicepersonal beim Frühstück reserviert. Gut war die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets und der Service an der Bar abends."

"Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it."
