"Shower pan was broken but staff blamed us and our kids for floor being soaked. Had to ask for additional towels just for the floor. Had to point out the crack in the shower pan to prove the shower needed to be addressed."

As for the potential downsides, lots of bird poop on stairs and handrails. "We loved the fact that our room definitely had a very clear view of the rock in morro bay. The room was very clean . The whole property was very clean. Short walk / drive to all the shops,piers,and beach . The staff was very helpful . It was very nice experience would definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again."

"Manager was super friendly and responsive!! Rooms are clean and modern updated and clean! Plenty of ice and laundry machine working and clean! Easy parking and great views and close walk to the beach and Morro park! Awesome coffee in the mornings!"
