We stayed for 3 days . Rugs needed cleaning . Water pressure in shower terrible. Front desk guy was very pleasanr. Sheets clean and crisp. Toilet when sat on was loose. Table leg was broken.room smelled good on arrival but next day trye small came out . Very musty. Prob would not stay again

The view was amazing! Just a hop, skip and a jump from all the shops. The owner was very friendly and super sown to earth. My family and I were very impressed with the room. Unlike the other places we've stayed at, Avalon Inn didn’t have people at all hours of the night making noise, running up and down the hall, etc. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely worth the price. We're definitely coming back!

Because I stayed more than one night.. the first room I was in was ground floor with a young child.. horrible…if you have anyone above you.. Informed the manager and they quickly handled the situation and moved me to an upstairs room. So great customer service and very clean room and property.
