Hotel Dekat Lampu Isyarat #2B

"We had a great room and the first person we met was George who was the valet and he was super friendly and went out of his way to help us. We did have a bit of a lengthy wait at the counter to check in but the room was great. We highly recommend!"

"The room was clean, and the breakfast was good with plenty of vegetarian options. However, it would have been helpful to have a cabinet or wardrobe to store personal belongings."

"Bathroom could use update with higher toilet. Fan didn't work well in bathroom."

"We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

"Staff very friendly. The room was in terrible condition, the carpet super dirty and the bathroom in very bad condition, we couldn't even use the jacuzzi. There was also too much noise when people from other rooms opened the water."

"Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room"

"Upon check-in, we found the room to be in a deeply unclean condition with multiple bugs present, and our baby has already received bug bites. Staying in this room is completely unsafe and distressing, especially with an infant. We barely slept last night, spending the whole night awake just to monitor our baby and protect her from bugs."

"Room was clean! Staff was friendly! Loved the creek outside our door! Handicap room was spacious and easy to navigate! We will see you again!"

"The only thing is the property is in a HOA and there is a guy that thinks he is the boss of everyone going around asking questions of every renter trying to intimidate renters with the rules of HOA. First off l am not a member of the HOA so dont be prying and trying to ruin other people's vacation....so l will not be staying here again for that simple reason."

"This place is a little gem. It’s right on the water and is amazing to fall asleep to the babbling brook. There’s a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy and we would absolutely come back. The only issue is the stairs are pretty treacherous and I would not advise for anyone who has issues navigating stairwells. We didn’t have to contact the owners at all, but the interaction we had was very positive."

"Rooms are old but clean. The door to our room was difficult to shut. The breakfast ran out of milk one morning."

"LOCATION WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT IT BUT THE OFFICE WAS FAR FROM THE ACTUAL ROOMS AND THE GUY IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY SLOW AND DIDNT KNOW MUCH. THE ROOM SMELLED MUSTY, THE FRIDGE/FREEZER NEEDED DEFROSTED AND CLEANED, THERE WERE CIGARETTE BURN MARKS ON THE JACUZZI TUB WHILE ITS NO SMOKING AND THE WATER WAS ONLY LUKE WARM AND NEVER GOT HOT, THE DOOR DIDNT SHUT ALL THE WAY BUT DID LOCK JUST HAD PLAY IN IT AND THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS I SAW 3 ROACHES AND WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY. TRIED TO CALL THE OFFICE TO...
