"I loved everything except there was no microwave so don’t bring food back from a restaurant. The mini fridge wasn’t very cold but that was probably isolated. Aside from that it was perfect."

"Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Highly recommend you book a stay here. We plan to visit again!"

"We stayed one night in the honeymoon cottage. A last minute get away with my husband. It was so cute. The prefect little cottage. It was very clean and overlooks the river. We will def stay here again."

"HORRIBLE experience. The room was infested with ticks and other insects. It’s a cheap, low quality place. The rooms aren’t that clean either. There was no shampoo, conditioner, nor body wash in the shower. We asked to be moved and there wasn’t another one available. We had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel. They don’t have a working phone so I’m still going through hell to get my refund from expedia. Trust me, stay away from this place. "

"Loved the location, room was very clean and big. Parking was good, able to park right in front of our room, we were on bottom floor which was great for us. Staff was informative, told us not to leave food in car because of bears and we had friends staying somewhere else that they truck got attacked by bear. So good advice for us. Would definitely stay there again."

"The location was pretty. Each room had a river/creek view. Bear were in the area, which was cool! Faults...bathroom provides containers for complimentary shampoo, conditioner n shower gel BUT all were empty. Also, I booked this place for the hot tub n pool, which the hot tub was out of order. Convenient trolley service outside the hotel to bring to various locations in Gatlinburg. It was free and a great service for visitors. Nice not to get in a car and pay $20 for parking. Loved...

"The Mountain View was beautiful!! I loved how everything was a walking distance. Didn’t have to look for parking. We could leave our vehicle at the property and walk to Dowtown. Will definitely becoming coming back!!"
