The light fixture was hanging loose from the ceiling, hairtie and toys still on the floor from the previous guests, food still in the refrigerator from the previous guest, and worst part was there was no shower curtain. I’ve been waiting a week for the manager to contact me to try to make this right. Previously, we have stayed here every time we came to Gatlinburg. It’s been the highlight of my son‘s summer. "Our experience was not so great, we made our reservation 5 month in advance, but we got a very noisy room with no mountain view. Our check in took a long time and then they tried to sell us extra stuff..."

"Good hotel mostly clean coffee available 24 hrs aday breakfast wasnt bad. Staff was ok heard other customer say they had roaches in thier room didnt see any in ours."

"Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."

"The hotel is older but fairly well maintained. The room was somewhat updated but still showed its age. It was clean. The hot tub worked great! Very deep and ample size for 2 adults. It was only a 10-15 min walk to the main strip...and the free trolly stopped right in front of the hotel - but on the opposite side of the street."

"Room is small: old and dingy. Smells weed in the hallway: night shift staff (I didn’t get his name ) very accommodating but the day shift staff ( a woman) not very welcoming and not friendly "

"Just a basic hotel. Nothing super nice besides the fact it’s out of Gatlinburg and easy to walk into town. Right on a busy road that’s very loud. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything car like your right on the road and hear your room neighbors tv at 2 in the morning. The parking is horrible and confusing and very dangerous to drive. Very little space to actually drive. Would recommend that the hotel do something about the thin walls, and horrible parking. Only has 1 elevator that...
