"This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. "

"We booked here after reading the great reviews and so glad we did. It was a last minute booking as was just visiting the area for the day and decided to stay over. Of course there are so many places to choose from but the price and the reviews were so good we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more with an excellent tea and coffee selection in the room. We didn’t have breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. "Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"
