Pleasant Stay

Had a perfect evening stay at Riverside, Hassle-free self check-in, room was very clean and tidy, en-suite, comfortable bed and the host Mr. Waseem was very responsive even to our late check-in, was kind to honour our requests. Overall had a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cosy stay.

Hidden Gem in Preston

The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. Host is very friendly and good with responding to messages, clear instructions on checking in. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Preston.

Nice place to stay

I have a very pleasant stay for four nights. Easy access, free parking outside the property. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very responsive and care about my need and queries. I didn’t use the kitchen much but seems it is big and get the utensils for cooking. I would recommend people to stay there.

Nice room overlooking the river

A nice room in a house next to the river. Clean, a very modern shower. A shared lounge/kitchen. I was on the 2nd floor with a view of the river. Free parking in front. Local shops and takeaways all seamed to be closed.

The property was a 15 minute walk to the Continental where we had booked a gig. There was free parking. Check in and out was very simple. Free tea coffee, water, chocolates, toiletries. Modern decor. Communication was good between the owner.

Good place to stay

Quiet area, easy on street parking, fantastic shared kitchen, milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate supplied. Room clean and comfortable with on suite bathroom, bottled water in room. No fridge or kettle in room as you have the kitchen. We were in room 5 on the second floor so a bit of a climb if you are not so good with stairs like me.

Great room for the price, and loved that they provided some breakfast cereals and coffee. Room was very clean and organized. The bedroom was small but for a single guest is was more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again.
