The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and Tiago who picked us up from the station was so nice. "I wouldn't stay anywhere else for access to Zermatt. The hotel is impeccable. This year there is a new shuttle service to Zermatt. Immaculate vehicles with very friendly and very informative drivers. It made a huge difference to the shuttle train and less expensive."
