"Charming place to stay on the outskirts of Port Campbell, far enough town you can easily see the stars at night, close enough it’s barely a three minute drive. Plenty of parking, units have lots of rustic charm, and are spacious and comfortable. You won’t mistake this for a luxury hotel, but everything is comfortable and super well taken care of. In-room kitchenettes in the “cottages” are a much appreciated touch as well."

"Very close to the beach and room was tidy and neat. Included Continental breakfast was good. Other meals and drinks at the motels’ restaurant were very expensive, but there weren’t a lot of options nearby for eating out."

"The stay at the Captain at the bay is awesome especially the bath tub is just beside the bed. After a long day of travel on the great ocean road, it is a best place to relax. The breakfast was nice and the hotel staff is friendly."

"We have totally enjoyed our stay. We have found the room was just comfortable. We also found the shower was always at the right temperature. Best of all the flexibility on the We can have breakfast. With self serve in the kitchen. The host careful when explaining how to use the toaster, making the hot water for the rea. And the location of the food items. The views of the ocean near the hotel was also just lovely."

"Room felt a little tired but was clean and comfortable bed. When we tried to ring the number recommended for dinner, we got no response so finished up driving to Port Campbell to find somewhere to eat."

"I loved the setting. My bedroom cabin for 3 was new & clean. It had a heater. And bed side tables. Nice sheets. I used all the duvets cause I needed extra warmth It was all quite close to the other cabins & bins. I enjoyed my stay. It just could do with a few extras. Eg. cutlery for those of us not camping, just passing thru. Luckily there were a cple of plates and pots. Maybe some comfy outdoor seats. Not quite the same sitting around a camp fire on upright plastic seats 🙂 kind of like...
