"Hôtel La Sapinière was fantastic. Firstly the rooms and balconies were excellent and the views were amazing. Its a short and easy walk into town but ifs far enough out to be very peaceful. The breakfast was tasty, especially the pastries, and the bar area was lovely with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Finally the staff were so helpful and friendly helping with transport options and excursion ideas. Do not hesitate to book Hôtel La Sapinière!"

"Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...

"Loved our stay at this boutique hotel with perfect location. Lake views and morning breakfast were amazing. The staff truly cared about assuring that guests enjoyed their stay. "Perfectly located in the centre of Montreux with an incredible backdrop of the lake. It is right on the water and so offers scenic dining and activities. The staff were so helpful and informative. They were very polite and smiley and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and tidy and there were compliments in the room making it extra special. "The hotel was situated in a perfect spot, we went in August, and the place is walkable across town. The hotel was nice and welcoming. "Excellent hotel right next to the l'aiguille du midi gondola! The location is a 3 minute walk away from the pedestrian areas so it was very quiet, thankfully. Staff was friendly snd caring. Our room had AC! This was welcome as the sun was strong and the days were hot. Breakfast was a full buffet and delicious. I would stay there again. Highly recommend!"
