"Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."

"The little apartment was so cute and clean! They even had little surprises for us in the fridge. The place was well located, and I would most definitely choose them again for my European travels. "First of all to check in you’ll have to take a number and wait in line in the sun at 37 degrees, then from the reception to the room you have to walk a very long distance, keep in mind I had my kid in her stroller plus our luggage and of course when we asked golf cart to drop us to room there’s none. The big shock was the room or studio call it whatever. One tiny Air condition in unit , so literally checked out after terrible 45 min there, at this point I didn’t care if I’ll get a refund or not...
